On July 1, 2020, the revision of the Equal Opportunities Act entered into force. The amendment aims to improve the implementation of equal pay for men and women, enshrined in the Federal Constitution, and obliges companies with at least 100 employees (number of employees on July 1, 2020) to carry out a internal analysis of equal pay every four years, then subject to verification by an independent body.
